A Valinda at Rancho San Juan community home in San Juan Capistrano has just sold by Scott Bingham of Beach Cities Real Estate who represented the buyer.  The property located at 29251 Paseo Sedano, San Juan Capistrano sold for a record price of $1,065,000, as the property appraised for $70,000 above this sales price.  The five bedroom home was a new construction home that just finished completion in the gated community of Valinda. The home had been on the market for a total of 93 days when Bingham's buyer negotiated the sale.  This is considered a great buy considering the home offered nearly 3,900 square feet of a huge 10,000 + square foot lot.

A College Park Costa Mesa home has just been sold by Beach Cities Real Estate agent Joseph Horsley who represented the buyer.  463 Elmhurs Lane, Costa Mesa is a three bedroom home that sold for the full asking price of $529,000.  The home was located in the beautiful neighorhood of Colleg Park and had been recently renovated with new carpet and paint.  The property also featured double paned windows, gated entrace and an attached 2 car garage.  An open floor plan combined the living space with the Kitchen as pictured below.  The home was on the market for a total of 27 days and featured 1,370 square feet of living space on a 6,970 square foot lot.
