A Portico home in the Rancho Mission Viejo area has just been sold by Beach Cities Real Estate agent Wendy Kersh who represented the seller.  This was a very quick sale with the condo selling for the full asking price of $720,000.  The two bedroom, two bath condo was a newly built property built in 2023 and located on the ground level in the Portico neighborhood in Ranch Mission Viejo.  The nice thing about this unit is that it came with an attached one car garage with lots of storage.  Inside the condo is what you would expect for a newer home with a gourmet kitchen with quartz counters, classic white cabinetry and stainless steel appliances.  The two bedroom unit also came with a bonus office or den area adding to the well thought out floor plan.
