A Beach Barber tract home in La Jolla, California has just been sold by Will Fuller of Beach Cities Real Estate who represented the buyer.  425 Sea Lane, La Jolla sold for $3,025,000 and closed escrow on 7/01/21. This was a quick sale after being on the market for 13 days with it selling $30,000 above the original asking price of $2,995,000.  One of the reasons for it's high demand was it's prime location just blocks to the beach in the desirable Beach Barber Tract in La Jolla.  The home featured a total of four bedrooms, four and a half baths with an approximate 2,330 square feet of living space according to our multiple listing service.  It was originally built in 1980 and features nice ocean views from the roof top deck area.  Some of the highlights on this home included a gated entrance, adorable Spanish style architecture, great outdoor entertainment spaces, curved windows and doors and hardwood flooring.  The real show stopper was the highly upgrade kitchen which featured a large center island, plenty of cabinetry and stainless steel appliances.  The primary suite was generous size and featured a huge walk in closet, upgraded primary bath and an outdoor deck with a spiral staircase that connected to the roof top deck.
