A Blackhorse home in La Jolla, California has just been sold by Dan Benjamin of Beach Cities Real Estate who represented the buyer.  9760 Clairborne Square, La Jolla sold for $1,300,000 and closed escrow on 03/27/2018.  The home was located in the upscale Blackhorse gated community that is ideally located near the Estancia hotel and the University of California San Diego.  The four bedroom, two and a half bath home features 2,687 square feet of living space with an attached two car garage.  Many of the Blackhorse homes like 9760 Clairborne were built in 1989 with stunning Mediterranean style architecture.  The home was on the market for 159 days when it sold for $75,000 less than the original asking price of $1,375,000.
