A Corona Del Mar ocean view home has just been sold by Beach Cities Real Estate agent Jackie Brown who represented the buyers.  424 Carnation, Corona Del Mar sold for $4,267,500 and closed escrow on 02/25/2020.   The four bedroom, four and a half bath home featured an approximate 3,112 according to our multiple listing service and was on the market for a total of 211 days.  According to the builder the home was built in 2019 and offered wonderful ocean views from the roof top deck area.
