A Corona Highlands home in Corona Del Mar has been sold by Beach Cities Real Estate agent Susie Brutosky who represented the buyer.  433 Seaward Road, Corona Del Mar sold for $2,996,150 which closed escrow on 12/01/21.  This was a relatively quick sale that took place after the home was on the market for an approximate 19 days on the market.  It was originally listed at $3,249,000 and was negotiated down by $252,850 which is pretty incredible since the property was only on the market for less than three weeks.  The three bedroom, three bath detached single family home featured an approximate 2,516 square feet of living space on a 6,000 square foot lot with an attached two car garage according to our multiple listing service.  The interior of the home was simply stunning with a gourmet kitchen with center island and top of the line appliances and custom white shake cabinetry.  One of my favorites was the wonderful primary suite with vaulted wood beam ceilings and outdoor deck area along with generous size front and back yards.
