A Cyprus Cove home in San Clemente, California has just been sold by Beach Cities Real Estate who represented the buyers.  241 Avenida Vista Del Oceano sold for $4,200,000 and closed escrow on 12/24/2020.  This was a brand new construction home in the Southwest San Clemente area that was completed in 2020 and located in the 24 hour guard gated community of Cyprus Cove.  The detached single family property featured a total of 4 bedrooms with a 3 car attached garage.  It was built in the modern Farmhouse architectural style with a central courtyard that opened up to many of the rooms in the house.  Some of the features found in the home included a gourmet kitchen with center island, stainless steel appliances, wood flooring and recessed lighting.
