A Dana Point triplex has just been sold by Beach Cities Real Estate agent Charlie Gilbert who represented the buyer.  33821 Mariana Dr, Dana Point closed escrow today on 1/26/2017 and sold for $1,490,000.  The triplex was located in the heart of the city in the Latern Village district.  This is a great area that has seen a great transformation in the last 3 years with lots of restaurants and shopping that are all within walking distance to the Dana Point Harbor.  The units were highly upgraded with all units coming with 2 bedrooms, 2 baths and 2 car garages.  All of the units had been nicely upgraded with open floor plans and lots of natural light.   Some of the other highlights found in these units included stained steel appliances, walk-in closet and indoor laundry room.  The property was only on the market for a total of 15 days when the property was put under contract by Gilbert.
