A Huntington Landmark home has just been sold by Beach Cities Real Estate broker associate Tracey Kormushoff who represented the buyers. 8933 Yolo Circle, Huntington Beach sold for $630,000 and closed escrow on 5/24/21. This was a very quick sale with the home being on the market for only 5 days when Tracey's client secured the property. It was originally listed at $625,000 and ended up selling for $5,000 over asking for the final sales price of $630,000. The two bedroom, two bath condo featured an approximate 1,072 square feet of living space and came with a one car detached garage according to our multiple listing service.
