An Isle of Mariner Shores community home in Newport Beach, California has just been sold by Beach Cities Real Estate agent Tracey Kormushoff who represented the buyer.  1179 Winslow Lane, Newport Beach sold for $1,597,000 and closed escrow on 5/19/22.  This was a new construction property that was originally listed for sale in August of 2021 for $1,525,000.  It was slated for completion in April of 2022 and ended up closing escrow this month for $72,000 over the original asking price.  The three bedroom, two bath home featured an approximate 1,685 square feet of living space according to the builder and our multiple listing service with three levels of living space and an attached two car garage.  The classification of the home was an attached single family home situated in the heart of Newport Beach near Irvine Avenue and Mariners Drive.
