The Marina Hills Height home was originally listed for $1,295,000 and sold after being on the market for a total of 157 days. 12 Pilos featured a total of five bedrooms, three baths with 3,518 square feet of living space. It was newly built in 1994 and came with a 3 car attached garage and located on a very lot that spanned 11,160 square feet. One of the biggest selling points for this home was the panoramic ocean and valley views that can be seen from this home.
