A Bayfront home in Newport Beach, California has just been sold by Newport Beach Real Estate agent Jim Knoska who represented the buyers.  1805 E Bay Avenue, Newport Beach sold for $6,200,000 and closed escrow on 12/14/2018.  The four bedroom, four bath and a half both home featured 2,936 square feet of living space and was located on a prime water front lot of 4,860 square feet.  the home was originally listed at $6,498,000 and sold 12 days later to Knoska's clients.  Located in the inner channel of the Newport Bay within the Balboa Peninsula Point neighborhood that is home to many luxury Bayfront properties.  1805 E Bay Avenue was located next to the sandy beach with a private pier and boat dock.  it was newly built in 1997 and featured two levels of living space with water views from many of the rooms in the house.
