Oxnard Beach Front Home Sold - 109 Ocean Drive

An Oxnard beach front home has just been sold by Beach Cities Real estate agent Susie Brutosky who represented the buyer.  109 Ocean Drive sold for $3,150,000 and closed escrow on 10/28/22.  This was a very well priced beach front home that was located directly next to the sandy beach.  The property was originally listed at $3,159,000 and featured a total of three bedrooms, three and a half baths with an approximate 2,600 square feet of living space with an attached two car garage according to our multiple listing service.  The property is zoned as a duplex with two levels of living space with each level offering it's own private water, gas and electric meters.  It could be used as one large living home or rent out one of the levels for additional income.  What really impressed me about this home is how much it had been upgraded since it was an older home built in 1977.  It also incorporated an open concept with wood beam ceilings and combined living spaces of the kitchen, dining and living room spaces which open up to the backyard.  The primary bathroom was probably the show stopper with a large jacuzzi soaking tub and a huge walk-in shower.  The primary gourmet kitchen was also equally as nice with a larger center island with seating accented by white cabinetry and stainless steel appliances.
