A Palm Court condo in Laguna Niguel, California has been sold by Beach Cities Real Estate agent Sherry Bauer who represented the buyers. 7 Glen Cove, Laguna Niguel sold for $430,000 and closed escrow on 05/16/2019. Located in the popular Palm Court community, the one bedroom, one and a half bath condo sold after being on the market for a total of 274 days. One of the reasons for being on the market this long as it started out with a list price of $504,900. That appeared to be too high of a price and after several price reductions it was dropped down to $464,900 which caused it to generate an offer and the offer was accepted in February of 2019. it later fell out of escrow and came back on the market in the latter part of April and lowered the priced one again to $439,000 which caused the property to see for the 2nd time to Sherry's client for $430,000.
