A San Clemente ocean view condos has just been leased by Beach Cities Real Estate agent Joseph Horsley who represented the tenants.  The property was located at 1412 Buena Vista unit #2 in San Clemente, California and leased for $2,500 a month as a long term rental.  Situated across the street from the beach front entrance was a three bedroom, two bath home with 1,321 square feet.  The unit offered ocean views from the living room and kitchen area and had it's own private patio deck that overlooked the ocean.  The unit included two sets of patio doors that offered views of the ocean with a simple kitchen with white cabinetry and laminate counter-tops.  The unit was only on the market for a short 26 days and leased for the full asking price of $2,500 a month.
