A San Clemente ocean view condo has just been sold by Beach Cities Real Estate agent Sam Smith who represented the buyer.  405 Arenoso #A, San Clemente sold for $1,925,000 and closed escrow on 08/31/21.  The condo had multiple offers and was originally listed at $1,950,000 and sold for $25,000 off this asking price.  This was an amazing condo that really felt like a single family home.  It was located on three different levels with the primary suite located on the top level equipped with it's own beehive fireplace in keeping with the classic Spanish style architecture that was newly built in 2005.  The mid level featured a nice living and dining room with an amazing kitchen that had every thing you would want in a gourmet kitchen.
