A San Clemente ocean view home has just sold and closed escrow today by Beach Cities Real Estate broker Sam Smith and Don Gisler who represented the owners of the property.  36 Optima, San Clemente is a three bedroom home that sold above the listing price for $800,000.  The home featured some of the best views that can be found in San Clemente.  Located in the front row of the Richmond Point community, the property offered ocean and Catalina Island views from the Living, Dining Room and upstairs bedroom.  The home was actually put on hold after the first initial offer had been received since the owners had not found a replacement property to buy.  A property was located when a 2nd offer came in that was above the listing price of $799,000.  Both deals were put together that allowed the seller's to buy another home in the San Clemente area.
