A Sea Pointe Estates lot has just gone into escrow by Beach Cities Real Estate agent Mike Kashani who represents the buyer.  The land is located at 27 Cantilena, San Clemente and is listed for sale at $349,000.  Sea Pointe Estates is a guard gated community with many association amenities.  The lot itself is located on one of the first streets as you enter the community.  Situated above the Shorecliff golf course, the lot features 12, 197 square feet with beautiful ocean views.  The land was only on the market for just over one month when it went under contract with Kashani's client.
