The Seahaus condo community in La Jolla, California is located in the upscale Bird Rock area. This 3 story condo complex is located on the ocean side of La Jolla Blvd and just a couple blocks to the beach. The complex was built in 2005 and select condos will have views of the ocean. This is considered a prime location with great restaurants and quaint boutique shops that line La Jolla Blvd in the Bird Rock area. The condos area under a homeowners association with monthly dues that average around $500 a month. The complex has a nice community pool, spa area and gym with covered parking and storage space as well.
Condo prices in Seahaus have a wide range with non view 2 bedroom condos in the $700,000 range and can go as high as $1.5 million for an ocean view condo.
