A single story home in the city of Orange, California has been sold by Beach Cities Real Estate agent Jim Knoska who represented the buyer.  1006 E Buoy Avenue, Orange sold for $860,000 and closed escrow on 09/02/2020.  This home generated a lot of interest and was originally listed at $839,000.  They accepted an offer after being on the market approximately for 4 days and sold for $21,000 above the asking price.  One of the biggest selling points was the home being located on one story with an open floor plan.  It was noted in the listing that the owner had done a renovation of the home which was completed in 2018 and it really showed.  The gourmet kitchen had a very open flow to it with a center island with seating as well as recessed lighting.
