A Southwest San Clemente home has just been sold by Beach Cities Real Estate agent Jennifer Johnson who represented the buyer. 122 W Avenida Cordoba, San Clemente sold for $1,390,000 and closed escrow on 10/02/2017. Located on the ocean side of the 5 freeway in the desirable Southwest San Clemente neighborhood is a three bedroom, two bath home that featured 1,854 square feet of living space and located on a 5,130 square foot lot. The original part of the home was built in 1950 with a large two story addition that offered ocean and Catalina Island views.
