A Huntington Beach home in the Northeast section of town has just been leased by Beach Cities Real Estate agent Woody Marsh who represented the tenants.  The property located at 16781 Glenhaven in Huntington Beach was a four bedroom single family residence that leased for $2,950 as a long term lease.   The home was located near the cross streets of Beach Blvd and Ocean View street in the Northeast area of Huntington Beach and featured a large 1,901 square foot house on a large private lot.  The house contained four large bedrooms, two baths plus a bonus loft area upstairs.  The property had been beautiful landscaped both in the front entry courtyard and in the backyard with the owner providing a weekly gardener included in the rent price.  All the
