The condo located at 18057 Coastline Dr #5, Malibu leased for $4,500 a month as a long term lease. Situated in the Malibu Coastline condo community, the two bedroom, one bath condo featured sweeping views of the Pacific Ocean and the historic Getty Villa. The condo was built in 1975 and offers newly updated kitchen and bathrooms with fresh paint and hardwood flooring. The kitchen was nicely appointed with granite counters and stainless steel appliances. The condo was only on the market for a total of 61 days when it was leased out by Andrew and Marissa McDonald.
