A Composer District ocean view home in Cardiff by the Sea, California has just been sold by Beach Cities Real Estate agent Dan Benjamin who represented the buyers.  1831 Westminster Drive sold for $1,425.000 which closed escrow on 9/02/2021.  The sale occurred after being on the market for a total of 13 days with the property selling for $75,000 under the original asking price of $1.5 million.  The two bedroom, two bath condo featured an approximate 1,000 square feet of living space and came with an attached two car garage according to our multiple listing service.  These were older condos there were built in the early 1970's that were situated in a prime location situated on the ocean side of the 5 freeway near the beach.  The condo was also sold with
