A San Clemente home for lease has just been leased by Beach Cities Real Estate agents Sam Smith and Sherry Bauer who represented both the owners and tenants respectively. 224 Calle Primavera, San Clemente was a four bedroom ocean view home that leased for $4,125 a month as a long term rental. The home was located near the bluff in the South west section of San Clemente and offered views of the ocean from the living room.
