The condo offered a reverse floor plan with the bedrooms located on the lower level the the living room, kitchen and small breakfast nook area on the upper level with ocean views.  One of the nice features about this condo is the tall wood beam ceilings accented with a nice gas burning fireplace.  The condo offered multiple outdoor patio spaces which visually extended the living square footage of the condo.
