An Aloft condo in Downtown San Diego has just been sold by Beach Cities Real Estate agent Dan Benjamin who represented the buyer.  889 Date Street #202, San Diego sold for $540,000 and closed escrow on 5/3/21. They was a fairly quick sale with the property only being on the market for 7 days when Dan's client secured the property.  It was originally listed at $539,999 and sold just above that for an even $540,000.  The two bedroom, two bath condo features an approximate 933 square feet and was newly built in 2007 and came with one parking space according to our multiple listing service.  One of the biggest selling points for this condo was the gourmet kitchen which featured granite counters and stainless steel appliances as well as the rich hardwood

A Park Row condo in Downtown San Diego has just been sold by Beach Cities Real Estate agent Will Fuller who represented the buyers.  701 Kettner Blvd #113, San Diego sold for $665,000 and closed escrow on 3/4/21.  This was a very quick sale as the home had only been on the market for 3 days and sold for $14,000 less than the original asking price of $679,000 which was listed on 2/5/21.  The two bedroom, two bath condo featured 1,103 square feet of living space and featured one parking space according to our multiple listing service.  This is a gated neighborhood with a 24 hour security service for residents who live here.
