A Downtown San Diego condo at 235 On Market has just been sold by Will Fuller of Beach Cities Real Estate who represented the seller.  235 Market Street #303 sold for $455,000 and closed escrow on 1/3/22.  The one bedroom, one bath condo was only on the market for a total of 5 days when the condo sold for $5,100 over the original asking price of $449,900.  The 235 on Market is one of the newer condo buildings in the Downtown area that was built approximately 20 years ago itself in 2002.  Unit #303 offered an approximate 734 square feet of living space and came with one assigned parking space in a secure gated area.  The condo had a lot of selling points that included an en-suite bathroom, walk-in closet, wood flooring and a nicely appointed kitchen area.
