A Malibu ocean view unit has just been leased by The McDonald Team of Beach Cities Real Estate who was the buyer's representative.  The property located at 6360 Gayton Place #B, Malibu leased for $2,550 a month as a long term lease.  The single family residence had been divided into three units and were all rented in the month of March 2015.  Unit #A was a studio unit that leased for $1,750 a month while unit #C was a two bedroom that leased for $2,900 a month.
