An Ocean Hills San Clemente home has just been sold by the McDonald Team of Beach Cities Real Estate.  The sale occured at 724 Calle Casita, San Clemente where Andrew & Marissa McDonald represented both the buyer and seller which sold for $570,000.  This was a private sale and sold before it could officially come on the open market.  This home was a stunning example of what an upgraded home in the Ocean Hills could look like with rich hardwood flooring, recessed lighting, clean lines, modern kitchen cabinetry and appliances and a private patio and deck located on the first and second floor respectively.  The home also came with a detached one car garage and carport as pictured below.
