The 2 bedroom condo was located in the San Clemente Pier bowl area where condos are situated within walking distance to the Pier. This condo was located in the Vista Pacifica Villas condo complex which is one of the newer condo buildings in this area and was first built in 2001. Built in the Spanish style the building offers ocean view condos from the front row and from sides of the building. 412 Arenoso #214 was located near the front of the building and had views of the ocean and pier from the living room window.
