A Sea Pointe Estate home hast just been sold by Beach Cities Real Estate agent Jim Knoska who represented the buyer.  83 Marbella, San Clemente sold for $1,425,000 and closed escrow on 5/30/2017.  The home was located in the 24 hour guard gated community of Sea Pointe Estates and featured a total of four bedrooms, two and a half baths with 4,180 square feet of living space.  It was built in 1985 and located on a 10,000 square foot lot and came with a three car garage.  The home was on the market for a total of 179 days and sold just below the original list price of $1,469,000.  This was one of the lowest priced homes in Sea Pointe Estates which offered beautiful canyon and coastline ocean views.
