Laguna Beach Short Sales are on the rise.  Currently in Laguna Beach, California there are 41 homes listed as short sales.  16 of these homes already have an accepted offer on them since short sales typically provide a good deal in today's Laguna Beach Real Estate market.  We are starting to see a decline in Laguna Beach foreclosures and more and more short sales coming on the market.  Currently, there are only 15 bank owned Laguna Beach homes on the market with just three of them having accepted offers.  We saw this trend happening about a year ago when the government put a hold on the number of foreclosures that we're hitting the market.  We have also seen a shift for the banks to be more eager to work with homeowners in short selling their homes.  If…
