A Rancho Santa Fe home in the Whispering Palms community has just been leased by Beach Cities Real Estate agent Dan Benjamin who represented the tenants in this real estate transaction.  The townhouse located at 3746 Calle Cortejo, Rancho Santa Fe leased for $3,000 a month as a long term lease.  Situated in the desirable Whispering Palms community, the three bedroom townhouse offered 2,129 square feet of living space and located in the gated Alcala neighobrhood.  The interior featured two fireplaces and a private patio off the downstairs living quarters.  A gourmet kitchen with granite counters and staineless steel appliances were included in the rental price.  The best feature of the home was the wonderful views of the community pool that can be seen

The Whispering Palms is a great neighborhood that is located within walking distance to the Morgan Run resort and country club.  The community is under a homeowners association
