A Vista Terraza condo has just been sold by Sherry Bauer of Beach Cities Real Estate who represented the buyer.  The condo located at 7 Cottonwood, Aliso Viejo sold for the full asking price of $615,000 and closed escrow this week on 06/02/2015.  Located in the desirable Vista Terraza assocaiton, the condo was on the market for only a total of 26 days when it sold to Bauer's clients.
