An Irvine condo in the Watermarke complex has just closed escrow and sold by James Knoska of Beach Cities Real Estate in who represented the buyer. 2241 Watermarke Place, Irvine sold for $510,000 and closed escrow on 11/14/2014.  This was a conventional sale in the Watermarke Irvine condo building and sold for 97% of the list price down from $524,000.  The condo featured two bedrooms located on the 2nd floor of the building that share one common wall with it's neighbor.  bath condo features 1,250 square feet of living space and located at the end of the building.  The unit had been on the market for a total of 82 combined days on the market.
