A Southwest San Clemente home has just been sold by Beach Cities Real Estate agent Susie Brutosky who represented the buyers. 114 Trafalgar Lane, San Clemente sold for $1,075,000 and closed escrow on 4/23/21.  The two bedroom, one bath home was the lowest priced home on the market in the Southwest San Clemente area when it under contract after being on the market for 72 days.  It was originally listed at $1,275,000 and was negotiated down $200,000 to the final sales price of $1,075,000.  This was a smaller home with an approximate 969 square feet of living space but with the help of beautiful wood beam vaulted ceilings the home felt much bigger.  It was originally built in 1955 and still has retained that beach cottage charm located all on one level with a two car detached garage.
