The Coronado Pointe neighborhood is one of the premier neighborhoods in Laguna Niguel and offers many community amenities.  There is a homeowners association located here with two monthly dues required.  The dues are paid to both the Coronado Pointe and Niguel Summit associations that include the 24 hour guard gated entrance.  There are many wonderful hiking and biking trails in the area with a location that is an easy 10 minute drive to the beach and top hotel resorts like the Ritz Carlton and the St. Regis Monarch Beach resort.
