The Diamond Ridge Estates neighborhood amenities a secure gated entrance at the bottom of the hill which is limited to residents and their guests.  From this location it's an easy 10 minute walk to the Dana Point Lantern District with many great restaurants and shopping.  The beach and the Dana Point are also within close proximity.  The homeowners association dues includes the gated entrance and common area ground maintenance.  There is no community pool or clubhouse due to the limited number of properties located here.
