Ritz Cove Homeowners Association

The Ritz Cove homeowners association phone number is 949-481-0555.  The dues are paid on a monthly basis and our traditionally relatively low compared to other neighborhoods.  The dues include the 24 hour guard gated entrance and maintains one of the most private gated communities in all of South Orange County.  The homes is this area were gradually built over the years with some of the first homes built in the late 1980's.  A large majority of homes were built in the 1990's with a fair number of vacant lots still available for sale.  There is one exclusive neighborhood located in the Ritz Cove community called Monarch Cove which is home to 6 golf front homes and one current vacant lot.  

Membership in the Monarch Bay Beach Club which is located nearby is not included with ownership in Ritz Cove.
