West Marina Homes For Sale

West Marina is a bay front community located in the Hawaii Kai area of Honolulu, Hawaii.  The location is prime real estate with single family homes located on the Maunalua bay that eventually leads out to the Pacific Ocean.  The community was first developed in 1961 and continued bulding a large majority of the homes for a period of 11 years until 1972.  For years after that there were just a small number of homes built here until 1980 when the area saw another big surge in homes being built.  This is one of the few places on the island of Oahu where you can find a water front home on the bay.  Many of the homes will offer a private boat dock than can accommodate a small boat.  Homes in this community average two to eight bedrooms and range from 736 to 7,000 square feet of living space.  Below are the current West Marina homes for sale and for lease in Honolulu.
