The Pacific Mesa community is located in the Southwest Costa Mea area in Costa Mesa, California.  This is a very small condo complex with 12 units that are filled with 3 bedrooms condos that come with attached two car garages.  There are a variety of floor plans here that range in size from 1,527 to 1,871 square feet of living space.  The complex was built in 1977 and since then many homeowners here have renovated the inside of these condos. Please contact them with any management related questions.  Monthly dues are typically kept very low due to the size of the community.  One of the biggest selling points for this community is it's location which is situated at the very end of a street so there is not a lot of thru traffic located here.  The location is close to a dedicated biking trail that take you down to the beach near the border lines of Newport Beach and Huntington Beach.
