Please contact them with any management related questions.  The monthly association dues are include grounds maintenance, trash pickup and use of the community spa.  The location is really ideal and less than 2 mile driving distance to the beach with local shopping and restaurants also located nearby.  There are also two nearby parks which consist of Fairview & Talbert Park.  On average we typically see one property a year come on the market here so inventory is very limited.
