The Colony homeowners association phone number is 949-450-0202.  There are a total of two associations here which one is paid on a monthly basis and another one on a quarterly basis.  Monthly homeowners association dues are kept low and includes front landscaping of the homes.  The lower dues is in part due to the community not having a community pool or clubhouse which normally adds to the cost.  There is no additional Mello Roos tax here with a location is within walking distance to the Soka University and a short drive to the heart of the Aliso Viejo shopping district filled with great restaurants, movie theater and retail shopping.  The community is also very dog friendly.
