The East Nine condo homeowners association phone number is 714-508-9070.  Please contact them with any management related questions.  The monthly dues include water and trash pickup as well as a community pool and spa. The location is really close to a lot of attractions with a short driving distance down to the beach and the 73 and 5 freeway in the opposite direction.  The El Niguel Country Club is a big draw when living here and is located nearby as well.
