The Stoney Ponte homeowners association phone number is 949-833-2600.  Please contact them with any management related questions.  It's important to note that there are two associations that are paid on a monthly basis.  The first one is paid to the Stoney Ponte at Bear Brand association and the second one to the Bear Brand at Laguna Niguel community. The area where these homes are located is consisted the Bear Brand area which is home to many multi-million dollars homes and considered one of the most prestigious areas in Laguna Niguel.  The location is probably the biggest selling point as it's near the border of Laguna Niguel and Dana Point with a short driving distance to the beach.  It's also located near the popular Ocean Ranch shopping center which has a variety of grocery stores, a luxury movie theater, a fitness center and a nice variety of retail stores and restaurants.  It's truly the ideal location.
