The Stoney Ponte homeowners association phone number is 949-833-2600.  Please contact them with any management related questions.  It's important to note that there are two associations that are paid on a monthly basis.  The first one is paid to the Stoney Ponte at Bear Brand association and the second one to the Bear Brand at Laguna Niguel community.
