All of the Greens East homes except for 5 homes are located directly on the golf course.  There is a homeowners association here with monthly dues required.  The dues are typically very low and include common area ground maintenance.  The location is ideally situated just a short distance to the St. Regis Monarch Beach resort and the beach.  It's also an easy walk to the El Niguel Country Clubhouse that is situated on the 17th hole of the golf course.
