The monthly dues cover the nice community pool, fitness room, recreational room, concierge service, water, trash and building insurance.  Pets are allowed in this complex based on certain restrictions set by the association. The community pool is ideally located between building two and three and overlooks the Newport Beach country club golf course. The location is really ideal and is within walking distance to the Fashion Island shopping center and top restaurants.
