The Pacifica San Juan community will consist of the following communities:  The Peninsula, The Cove, Crystal Downs, Belle Cliff, Belle Haven, The Peral, Blue Harbor and Crystal Downs North.  There will be also be a recreational center called "Splashes" which will offer a resort style pool and outdoor entertainment area.  The Peninsula neighborhood will consist of 23 estate homes located on the south end of the community and will range in size from an approximate 4,000 to 5,000 square feet.  The Cove neighborhood is currently pending city approval but will consist of an approximate 69 townhouses.  Crystal Down will consist of 82 estate homes that will range in size from an approximate 3,600 to 4,500 square feet.
