The Oaks Farm homeowners association phone number is 949-261-8282.  Please contact them with any management related questions.  The community is very small with a total of 32 homes that includes a secure gated neighborhood with monthly homeowners association dues required which cover the gated entrance and common ground maintenance.  Since the neighborhood is very small there is no community pool nor clubhouse and no additional Mello Roos tax.  Buyers have the choice of buying either equestrian view or non-view homes.  Equestrian view homes due command a premium in price and really due offer a lot of privacy and open feeling to the home.  There is a variety of one and two story homes located here.
